Past 5 years I was renting an apartment it was based on my income so its changed a lot but my rent was at one point 191 they didnt drop to 13 and then it went up to 225 and they dropped again to 13 but for those 5 years that I was in that apartment I was able to pay my rent before the apartment I had a house on Travis Street I paid 375 a month for a year and a half and I had to move when I got divorced
