I prefer a downstairs unit if possible or a bldg with a functional elevator if not. My voucher limits me to a #*#*# hidden# budget of which #*#*# hidden# is my portion of the rent. I am on a fixed income of #*#*# hidden# currently. My voucher expires Dec 15, 2021 so I’m looking for a move in date of no longer that December 1, 2021. I will also need a single parking space. A patio would be ideal however, a small house or a back unit with a small yard

While my credit score is lacking, my rental history is excellent. I will pass a criminal background check easily. Resided at 4420 Ave K for 4 years and have excellent payment history there with the owner Chester James. Began traveling Sept of 2018 to just recently, and am living full time in my own RV, so my most recent rental history would be from the RV park I currently have it parked at and I’m not sure if that actually qualifies as “rental history”.
