I am 52 and have a wellbehaved cat I put down a 500 pet deposit for my cat here My lease ends in March 2023 Im with the City of Garland Housing Authority I am a Certified Teacher and work for Plano ISD as a Substitute Teacher I make about 1000month but am very frugal and pay all of my bills on time Im planning on tutoring as well as possibly babysitting part time once I move Those pay between 1530 an hour I must find an apartment or house in Garland and need a bottom floor unit unless there is a working elevator because I have a fake hip and may need additional surgery down the road The last one required a walker and the stairs would not be a good thing I also need a quiet place lacking loud thumping bass music or a pothead neighbor who stinks up my apartment through the air vents like I have now Id like a nonsmoking unit and a patio with a patch of dirt for a garden but I realize that may not be possible I have TONS of plants

Ive lived in The Courtyard Apartments for more than a decade and have an excellent rental history The only reason Im leaving is that the complex was sold to a new owner and I heard theyre not going to be taking Section 8 anymore I earned a Bachelors Degree in Photojournalism with an Art Minor from UNT 1994 and a Teaching Certificate EC4th Grades from UT Dallas Ive had hundreds of hours of professional development trainings I work for Plano ISD as a Substitute Teacher and have passed numerous FBI fingerprint background checks as a requirement for both my Teaching Certificate and my job I also write and illustrate childrens book for fun I currently have two for sale on Amazon and am working on a third When I checked last week my credit score was 800

Good rental history no background and i dont k ow my credit score only thing on credit is student loans
