I will be the only tenant however a living will be staying with me at certain times which is the reason for the second bedroom I am single and have no children or pets although my nieces and nephews might visit me on occasion I work from home and prefer a book over television My expected movingin date is October #*#*# hidden# I would like a singlefamily home apartment or townhouse My main requirements are spacious bedrooms bathrooms a dishwasher an inunit washer and a dryer I would also like a storage closet but I can live without one
