Hello We are a respectful and responsible family of three adults 1 48y disabled female head of household and 2 males a 60y caretakerbrother and 19y soon 20y son that deals with some disabilities as well Unfortunately we have to move from our current rental home of 12 years due to the passing of our father and because our recently obtained voucher that expires April #*#*# hidden# does not cover our current rental amount in our zipcode We are open to a long term lease once we find the right place to call home As head of household I was a former diplomat spouse that is now disabled Our family has excellent credit around 800 have rent payments on time for all 12 years even prior to obtaining the voucher we dont have pets I dont smoke and we have 4 vehicles one with handicapped tags 1 of those vehicles was our fathers and another will usually be with my son who is out and about often trying to be a dog walker Fairly recently we had the blessing of obtaining the housing choice voucher for Fairfax County Virginia We are hopeful to remain within Herndon as our doctors family friends etc are all here and we have been here most of our lives That being said weve learned quickly that it is very difficult to get some landlords to even respond back at all to realtors once a voucher is mentioned so we are open to and will appreciate any place that is not too far away and will be covered by the voucher For a 3 bedroom the voucher is for 3175 for blue zip codes when the tenant pays for any utilities and is 3415 if the landlord pays for all utilities We would be grateful for a single family home a townhouse or a condoapartment Stairs are ok within or outside the home Seeing the stairs either in person by picture or video would help determine for sure since each home is very different inside and out We would love to find a place where the owner is willing to accept our housing voucher so that we can finally resettle and continue taking care of our health each other and our community For the landlords that are new like us to the voucher program and are contemplating accepting our voucher please consider that it means guaranteed and on time monthly rental payments by the government paid you through direct deposit As for my family we are a caring and responsible family that hopes you might think of us for the opportunity to call your property our home which will allow us housing stability once again If you accept our voucher we will follow your application process have the deposit ready and can move in immediately but hopefully sometime before the voucher expiration on April #*#*# hidden# Thank you very much for reading all the way through and for your sincerely kind consideration We are hopeful and look forward to scheduling a viewing with you soon Take care

We have 100 on time rent payments for all 12 years we have been at our current home Our credit scores hoover around 800 and we passed multiple background checks through the housing voucher program itself and RentSpree I was a diplomat spouse overseas and I am now disabled My soon to be 20y son is very new to credit and figuring his way in to adulthood while handling his own disabilities and walking other peoples dogs Last but not least the caretakerbrother has been employed at his current job for over 20 years We hope this helps
