To be completely truthful I didnt have the greatest relationship with my previous landlord There was no eviction but I left willingly after he kept trying to squeeze me for more money and get me to pay him outside of the program which is against the rules He also refused to fix anything and often subjected me to verbal abuse sullying our professional relationship and trying to turn it into something completely otherI was born in Washington DC and am not a felon My credit score is somewhere around 580 not amazing but I hope you understand that it wont interfere in any way with rental payments
