One four year old

I am a 59 year old female I live alone with my two chihuahuas that are 9 years old and both neutered and uptodate on shots I also have two cats that are indoor cats and litter box trained they all are my emotional support pets which helped me with my major depression and anxiety which is part of my disability I am currently looking for a new place to move to as soon as possible due to my landlord not renewing my lease which was up on December first at no fault of my own but because my landlord wants to move his brother into my apartment he states that Im an excellent tenant and is willing to provide a reference of my tenantcy I would like to find a place to move to for January 15th or as soon as possible

I have lived at my current residence for a year this month and lived at my last residence for 9 years and had to move because they sold the building I would like to find a longterm apartment I am a quiet person and tend to stay to myself I dont have a lot of company other than my children I receive SSDI monthly as well as Section 8 to the Vermont state Housing Authority with a limit of 1000 I have physical and mental health disability which my emotional support pets help me with I have a low credit score under 600
