I have 2 daughters hopefully we can rent a three bedroom one daughter will definitely move with me right away one might stay behind in Nelson for a brief time but be welcome to join us anytime I have 2 indooroutdoor cats litter trained and very well behavedI have a wonderful dog who is very mellow and super well trained I am an extremely responsible pet owner I always take my dog for multiple walks and she is super quiet I have one car I would be willing to take on the rental of a twobedroom place but a threebedroom would be preferable I would be willing to sign a yearly lease I would be very happy to have some small outdoor space of my own but even a shared outside place would be awesome A parking space would be a bonus Insuite laundry is an asset

I have been in my current rental in Nelson for 4 years Before that I was in a home that was a Habitat for Humanity Build Unfortunately my ex husband and I fell on some difficult times and when we separated My daughters and I were told that we no longer qualified to live there I am a long term Nelson resident born and raised here and have always tried to enrich my daughters childhood with nature community and a sense of kindness to other people
