For the last two years Ive lived in Charleston West Virginia where I received my voucher I have kept up with all of my utilities and the property I do come with a Landlord reference My last 3 year rental history before that wasnt great because Im disabled and income was scarce due to me not being able to work a full time job I am collecting disability now and child support I do not know my credit scores because I have locked them to work on my credit As far as my background Ive never been in trouble before

Marquita 35TyLasia 17Gabrielle 15Angela 13Naidyah 12NaRatio 10Kimbella 4Sevyn 3I am currently in Charleston WV where I have lived the last 2 plus years I came here to receive my section 8 voucher I come with a great reference from my landlord as well My children are very well behaved they are homeschool and Ive never had trouble with them Im originally from Virginia and looking to move back to the DMV area immediately as my landlord has sold the home im in and the new owners would like to have immediate position WE are currently a little squished as we are in a 3 bedroom SFH my voucher is for a 5 bedroom but in Wv those are hard to come by I am disable and receive disability and child support as income HUD has paid my full portion of rent during my time in the program

My last 2 years and 4 months rental history is great as ive been with the same landlord I did have trouble before because i couldnt really maintain fulltime employment because of my disabilities
