Hello my name is **** **** I have a hud housing voucher from Morgantown Fairmont Housing Authoritys that will expires on October 28th 2022 I am able to have a 30 day extension then it expires at the end of October 2022 I will then loose my assistance all together without assistance I will remain homeless I must find a home as of date today I have been homeless since july 31st I must find a suitable rental for my needs in living everyday life I would like to find something that is just right for me I have terrible anxiety and other Psychiatric illnesses Ive move more times if not any I am looking for a place to stay for a good while I am 45 years old **** Caucasian female I am disabled according to the Social Security Administration I am looking for a 2 bedroom small home mobile home single family homes i would enjoy living in a rural neighborhood with a yard and some woods giving me a more calming setting then the hustle and bushel of big cities having a more positive setting for my Psychiatric needs to give me a better chance for grounding oneself to be applied Through HUD I am able to have a one bedroom includes all utilities I am not aware of my portion until my landlord papers are filed out and they do their calculations Due to the fact I couldnt find housing through HUD this month I must pay however prorated for the month of August I am fortunate enough to have the Coilition to Stop Homelessness are going to help me with August rent and security deposit so that i have living accommodations and can move in immediately to not be homeless When my assistance should start on monthly payment i will have my portion direct deposited on the 1st of every month I am disabled with Psychiatric Mental Illnesses I do not have pets I have Assistant Animals my perscription for them is no different than a medication perscription I must have it on a daily basis If you would like to see my perscription please send me an email at cjwhite77yahoocom i will gladly email it back for your viewing and to add to your records Under the Fair Housing Act it states if you have animals that assist you with your disabilities the are called Assistant Animals not pets Pet fees are waived due to they are Assistant Animals not pets my Assistant Animals are part of my medication management from my Psychiatrist Dilip Narayan Chandren MD WVU Hospitals of Behavorial
