My landlord of 55 years is selling our current rental house and we need to find a place asap My name is **** Im 31 years old I have 2 kiddos 1 year old daughter and a 9 year old son a 6 pound female Chihuahua and a small female cat My dog is 10 and my cat is 55 I have had them both since they were babies My landlords have said they would be references for the pets also Mary and Chris Newell #*#*# hidden# I have great references from all past landlords Ive never been evicted I can pass any background check no smoking allowed inside Im very cleanresponsible and keep my rentals tidy I treat them with respect I have been responsible for all outside upkeep and have all the equipment to do so HUD has never been late or had any issues with me I have always had my security deposits returned in full All landlords said they would be a rental reference in the future I was given 60 days notice not even 25 days after just renewing lease for another year 1st of April It really came out of no where and we need a new place to call home ASAP Im having a hard time finding anything even close to as nice or safe as our current home is My kids safety and school district is priority Thanks so much for your time **** **** #*#*# hidden# ****boyd514gmailcom Current landlords #*#*# hidden# Chris and Mary Newell
