When my husband and I lived there we had a neighbor that would play her tv real loud real late at night up to 2 am or 3 am. When we told the landlord she said something but she kept playing it loud and we couldnt go to sleep. Everytime we said something anytime after that she would come to outside her apartment and say she couldnt hear anything. So we called the owner of the apartments and told them and they wrote her a letter and they said if she keeps doing lt then she will get an eviction notice but they lied and we called up there like 3 times. And she still didnt get an eviction notice. Then one afternoon I asked the landlord if visitors are allowed to bring there pets in the apartment she said no why I said because our neighbors visitors brought their pets in our neighbors apartment. I was still on the phone and she told our neighbor that she will be glad when we moved out because we were complaining and the dog they had over there. That night about 830-9 PM the landlord came to our apartment knocked on the door I opened it and she grabbed me by the shirt and pulled me outside. I had to yank my shirt just to get her to let go. I would not reccomend this apartments as long as they have the same manager. Oh and we got gripped at for coming in around 10pm from grocery shopping when I had to have my mom come down and take us grocery shopping. One night we had to take all of our clothes to the laundry mat to wash because she closed the laundry doors at 10pm at the time and the landlord gripped at that too. We could barely leave the apartment without the landlord asking where we were going. We went to church one night and when we got back she was standing out on her porch and asked us where have we been I said we went to church and she said this late and I said yes. So we felt like kids we had to tell her where we going. Thats not a landlord thats someone trying to be parents to us. The company told us to either move out or get evicted. My mom comforted the landlord for laying her hands on me and she denied it and my mom said she is going to the owner and the landlord said go ahead then she will turn everything thats she has on us in to the owner too. more ... hide ...
