Its got an elevator,stairs if needed. Its spacey apartment, n a walk in closet,alot of closet space,1 in living room, 1 in hallway in between bedroom and walk in closet n bathroom thats got multipule shelves in it, also 1 in bedroom that has 2 huge sliding wooden doors with shelves going across entire top of rack, not to mention the enormous size if mY room.Theres 3 WINDOWS in total 1 bedroom, 2 in living g room. Theres Hardwood floors in bathroom n kitchen n hallways. a seat in ur shower n a bathroom cabinet with a mirror attached, medium sized bathroom no bathtub, shower head comes off or stays on, vent in there to,a heated light n a regular light bathroom,2 emergency pull cords 1 in bathroom other in bedroom. kictchen is huge, electric stove, n water sprayer in sink, a lot of cubboard space, a few drawers, could use 1 or 2 more ofem.theres a ledge in between the living room and kitchen n hallway to back rooms that u can use to set down n rest ur arms, hands, n eat there if u want. maybe have a set of bar stoles there. Not very much lighting in any of the apartment(have 2 provide lamps). No lights in bedroom.ceiling fan w/light attached in living room but needs another light in it. Garbage disposal is on the same floor in a room with a garbage disposal shoot tunnel very convenient (no outside),recycling is on 3rd floor n so is laundry room. Theres appromatily 3 washers-4 dryers $1.50 to wash n dry (besides 1 washer is $1.75) (for unknown reason). Theres a lounge next to laundry room w/ outside deck. 2nd floor is manager office n another lounge with seats n couch. Food company comes by 1x a month a donates goods to residents here. Grocery carts are available for use to transport items to ur apartment and out to a vehicle (no carrying needing +++). Access to get in is a locked facility so u have to have a phone to buzz ur guess in,ull get a bob to let urself in by putting it up to the bobs electric device on the wall underneath the device that buzzes u in. Theres mail boxes on 1st floor n ups, fed ex, so forth usually drop off right in front if ur door. 1x I had my photos set on top if the ledge in the entrance if mail n elevater that shouldve cane to my apartment,(dont know which delivery company made this mistake) theres helpful hands on site n maintenance is very helpful n ready when u need them for the most part that is.
