DO NOT APPLY HERE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! POOR MANAGEMENT! Waste of your time!I started the application process for my parents, summer of 2020. In October of 2020, we were notified that we would be added to the waiting list for a 1 bedroom. Fast forward to March 2021, my parents received a mail that there is a 1 bedroom apartment available. In this letter signed by property manager,Patrick Lewis, we were instructed to call and make arrangements for an in person interview. This is where the first MAJOR RED FLAG STARTED. I called the office as noted and spoke with Mr. PATRICK LEWIS. This is the 3rd manager since applying , just to note. I identified myself and told him i was calling to set up a time for an interview. Mr Patrick said that my parents application was removed because we did not call back in time. This was not true at all. The same day we received that mail On March 21 we made that phone call. Also in that mail, it said please to call before March 31st or else apartment will be offered to next applicant. How is it possible to be removed when the deadline had not arrived as yet?! After rectifying this misinformation with Mr Patrick, he scheduled an interview for March 31st at 11 am. On the day of the interview we prepared all the necessary documents and arrived at Rosegate at 11 am. Mr PATRICK LEWIS never showed up for the interview or were we ever acknowledged. We dialed the office number at the intercom at Rosegate, multiple times with no answer. Multiple phone calls were made with no response. After approximately 25 mins, we decided to head home. Throughout the day, I made a few more calls to follow up; no response at all. On April 1st after 12:30 pm, more than 24 hrs after the expected interview, I called the office and Mr Patrick picked up. I asked about our scheduled interview and Mr patrick stated well I dont know because we were in an impromptu executive meeting all day, I dont know what to tell you. Throughout the entire conversation, Mr patrick was very dismissive, very unprofessional and passive aggressive. In the beginning, not once did he apologize or found a way to rectify the situation. Mr. Lewis never made our interview nor called to follow up. Instead he appeared annoyed that we were upset that he blatantly did not respect our time and efforts. After the unpleasant experience, I requested to have their application removed. He quickly obliged without rectifying. A noteworthy moment of how unprofessional this manager is. He did not care at all. At this point, I could not imagine the thought of having my parents at an apartment with staff, a manager, with such poor communication and customer skills. I requested to speak with someone in corporate, per Mr Patrick, Mr. Chris Likely would be reaching out to me promptly. Today, April 7, an entire week later and I am yet to receive a phone call. For such a lengthy process to receive an apartment and to be treated in such a poor manner I would never recommend this place to any family member. This is an amazing place . My grandmother is housed there and has been for a few years now that the employees there are angels . They are so kind and respectful. Warm,inviting, and helpful. The amount of patience they exude everyday puts a smile on my face. My gma has found a home and family within the community there. The neighbors check in on each other and help out when they can. The waiting list is long but with how hard the staff work I absolutely know why. I would recommend to every one. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry (4/5)

Rude and unprofessional, hung up the phone! Learn how to communicate with your tenants better and do your job right in the first place there wouldnt be any issues! Disgusted with the lady over the phone! Amanda pengue! Terrible service, had you on speaker phone and even my own clients heard you and heard how nasty you were.
