New management has no respect for us elderly women living here. Maintenance staff has high turn over, which is an additional reflection on managements ability to manage the property, the staff and tenants.Major renovations, a joke. Since new management arrived, their office was updated and arranged so they do not have to see anyone outside the reception window and office door always closed. It feels management wants as little contact with tenants as possible. The company added more cell towers to the roof, which is a great income for owners. But, they decreased our electricity allotments nd removed the emergency pull cords from all units. Rent probably did not decrease since the emergency pull cords were removed. The community room, since Corona, has been used by office staff for meetings so our germs dont get in their office, which in turn you are unable to socialize in the community room nor use the bathroom in there. No laundry can be done either as you need to go through community room to get to laundry room.Parking is VERY limited for off street parking. But, management comes here 2 days oit of 7 and holds 2 off street parking spots for themselves, not our handicap tenants. They also allow maintenance to park on sidewalk in parking area, next to building, but, again tenants can not.All floor hallways have been replaced and look great. We have been waiting months for our units to be done as they keep saying \"soon\".Lastly, management changes rules and regs that benefit them not tenants. Eve though the same rules and regs state units get kitchen upgrades every 5 years. Most units kitchens are held together with gorilla glue and are so old.I write on behalf of myself, and many other tenants and their grown children who are afraid to speak up, for fear of retaliation. We would love to see upgrades, landscape maintained properly, parking for those in need, suggestion box. Tenant annoynamous evaluation of staff and living conditions. Just would be nice to be respected by these young ladies and treat with kindness, not a dictatorship/prison atmosphere. more ... hide ...
