Absolute Horrible Experience.Staff seemed polite at first, but too many times did I feel like I was talking to a brick wall. Total silences in conversation and not actually engaging with what is being said.Cost of a 1 bedroom went from 625 to 690, then finally 770 as they said they were renovating, but kept raising the lease payment details. I have no idea what tenants are paying on average since some are moving to renovated apartments and leaving their old rentals behind.They do not have any whirlpool bath tubs in their 1 bedroom apartments, The front woman Ms. Jessica knew very little about what units were available, what was being renovated, or what units had what style combinations. Or at the very least that was information she would rather not share.It almost took a month to get an apartment, and a whole other month to see if they would have any available downstairs units.Very unresponsive, to this day their mailbox is full, and I havent gotten one email confirmation. Dont hold your breath waiting for them to contact you, spam calling is the only way I ever got to talk to them.They threw out my co- applicants application, and told me this over the phone when I had just been to their office earlier. I had to reach out because the only incoming calls I have received from them have been in relation to covering their own butts (so not many). Why in the world someone who needs a co-applicant to qualify ask the office staff to have that co-applicants application thrown out is beyond me, and insults my intelligence. They said that I could get my co-applicant to reapply (pay for a new non-refund app) which is a slap in the face since I never asked them to do something like that in the first place. I wasnt going to pay for 3 applications in the span of 3 months waiting for something to possibly come available.A woman from their office (The Property Manager) offered me an available unit, which to me means that they had had available units and were being evasive with me personally, so I declined because everything was so messy. I would never want to continue an established relationship like that for a whole year let alone 6 months.I would not recommend these apartments as a first time experience unless you are knowledgeable of the rental process and are willing to hold the staffs feet to the fire.
