Terrible! That's what the people I've spoken to have told me. Each one has a different tale. Then they threaten that you'll forfeit your voucher if you don't do what they say. They hang up on you, shouting at you in a very unprofessional way. Many Sec8 tenants have disabilities and are treated horribly. I wonder what the company's investors would think if they knew. They don't even have knowledge of tenants' rights. If there is mold in your home, the inspector would say it's just mildew. But when the town gets involved they threaten you with the loss of your voucher if the landlord can't fix the MOLD. They don't even inspect what they should. When the town gets involved, they try to put the blame on you since they don't want to be blamed. I've had experiences with Supervisor Mildred and Case Worker Rita. They hang up and shout that there's nothing else to discuss. Very unprofessional! My advice to everyone is to get PROOF of what they tell you and keep all the documents they send. It's not fair to blame all of CDCLI for the mistakes of a few. Everyone is liable for their own actions. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT! I TRIED to go to someone higher but they claim there's no one else. So how am I supposed to more ... hide ...

Well I usually dont write reviews but I have to say that CDCLI was a blessing to me and my family Every one of their staff answered all of my questions with courtesy and patience I always have tons of questions Thanks for all your help

Always smells like old wet mop water in the entrance the floors are grimeynYou are seated and maybe hostess does not notify serverso never checked on not so great

5 stars because I know they do good works But when I had a problem I asked for her supervisor 3 times and she would not provide However that is one employee and sooner or later they will get her
