I called to speak with someone regarding my transfer and the receptionist was so rude

Constantly changing workers Never answer the phone Never answer email The program is very helpful but it honestly feels like the workers dont care

I would not recommend anyone to apply or live here The staff is very rude Maintenance staff doesnt fix anything hardly I went days without hot water recently before they finally came to fix it The neighborhoods are not clean there are rats
