When you anticipate professionalism and observe the decline of a place due to the individual in charge, you can understand why there are now issues. Ever since Jim and Barb left, the staff appear to believe it is permissible to disobey tenant laws. Ever since Jim and Barb left, the staff appear to believe it is permissible to disobey tenant laws. If it wasn't for the executive director misusing their authority, this would be a great place. With this individual gone, it could improve. There are only two people blocking the advancement. This is based on my observations over the past four years. Issues have never arisen until the new executive director was appointed. Everyone is feeling the effects of the mismanagement and could take legal action. When someone speaks out, the director labels it as aggression instead of accepting responsibility. The executive director is the embodiment of a "Karen in Power". more ... hide ...
