Very nice I moved here back in 2019 And attended a cookout with very nice food When you come hear scream out Whoopty Or Diddy and the young teenagers here will great you And respect you

My sister lived there for many years The service is nonexistent The staff is lazy There has been a bed bug problem there for years It should have been taken care of in the beginning but has been completely mismanaged The residents are bullied overch My sister lived there for many years The service is nonexistent The staff is lazy There has been a bed bug problem there for years It should have been taken care of in the beginning but has been completely mismanaged The residents are bullied overcharged for ancillary services and are ignored despite the fake smiles and condescending manner in which the staff treats them Serious issues are ignored 42 North Church is looked at as a cash cow Shame on the management of the Cortland Housing Authority and the board which apparently is completely oblivious to what really goes on in that place An investigation by the state is warranted more ... hide ...

The seniors have nothing to do except to be intrusive prying nosy paranoid and snooping its totally creepy The neighbors often are rude squabble quarrel and fight Theres no activities
