That was great news, but I had to phone several times and On November 8, 2019, I was informed via email that my application had been accepted, and I also received a call that an apartment would be available in December. That was great news, but I had to phone several times and leave voicemails to ask questions, and nobody ever got back to me. I finally managed to talk to the assistant property manager and obtained a rough idea of the rent and I learned that more apartments were becoming available as well. That was all well and good, but I still hadn't received a call about coming in to pay a deposit. I hate bothering people, and I understand that property managers have certain procedures to follow, but tenants should be given answers and I'd love to move into Seven Farms Apartments. Up until now, Wednesday 1/22/20, I haven't been contacted by the leasing agent at Seven Farms and I have left "numerous" voicemails. There has been no communication. I've certainly done my best. It's the responsibility of the leasing agent to return calls and let prospective tenants know when to come in to make deposits and so forth. Tequeta, the former leasing agent, was much more helpful and informative, and I wish I had taken her offer the first time, because I thought the other complex I was in was getting better, but I was wrong. more ... hide ...
