All I can say is, Please DO NOT live here!Larry is unfortunately the owner of the building and also the leading Radiology doctor in Anchorage at Anchorage Radiology Oncology Center. He as plenty of info about his \"rough start\" life plastered all over the internet, but then continues to steal from people less fortunate than him. I really hope he treats his patients better than his tenants. Anchorage has so many other cheaper and nicer apartment to rent. If youre coming to Alaska from out of state I would very highly recommend contacting a real estate agency in Anchorage and requesting to not live at this apartment. A lot of times a company in your area has a branch in Anchorage so just do your research. Larry preys on people moving to Anchorage from out of state because youre an easy target for his scam. Board of Directors is lied to, so they dont know what is going on. Facility is decorated nicely. TV cameras everywhere. Lots of non-English speaking tenants, no sense of community at this building. Layout of apartment is awful, no room square, bedroom closet door so big, you cannot open the door if you have hanging clothes on the racks.
