(Prairie is amazing to work with but you will rarely ever talk to her.) We had problems with Larry from the very beginning but its a lot to get into. I really hope he treats his patients better than his tenants. Anchorage has so many other cheaper and nicer apartment to rent. If youre coming to Alaska from out of state I would very highly recommend contacting a real estate agency in Anchorage and requesting to not live at this apartment. A lot of times a company in your area has a branch in Anchorage so just do your research. Larry preys on people moving to Anchorage from out of state because youre an easy target for his scam.
