A few weeks later, an unmarked tow truck hired by the management towed my truck without informing me, giving consent, or even leaving a card with information on how to retrieve it. Neighbors told me that the rent office and the towing driver were working together. Thankfully, I knew a Birmingham Police Officer who assisted me in finding my car. I had to pay nearly $300 to get it back. The drivers' side door lock had been broken, making the key useless. When I called the rent office, they completely ignored my situation. The rent keeps increasing here and management appears to be suspicious. Be careful when considering moving here............In response to the management's reply: My truck was not repossessed as it was already paid off. There were no regulations broken. Nobody warned me because there were no violations. I had two cars and my truck was parked in the visitors' parking area. It seemed that the Security, Manager, and tow truck driver were working together. My truck was taken to an unmarked location. Birmingham Police helped me find it.
