During a six-month period, Willow Creek mistakenly taped three letters to my door, all stating that my lease was nearing its end when there were still multiple months left. These letters were disregarded as they were not accurate and gave false information in regard to my lease. Before my contract's expiration, I contacted the office and declared that I would not be continuing my agreement at the end of the term. After I moved out, Willow Creek notified me that I had to pay over two thousand dollars for not providing a written notification and for not reacting to the fourth letter they taped to my door--the same letter that had been sent to me in error three times in six months.
As a business proprietor and mental health therapist, I have leased first-rate commercial office space for the past five years and have never experienced a rental company attempting to ensnare me with excessive charges at the conclusion of the lease. Water temp for showers seem to only fluctuate between cold and boiling hot Also your packages are guaranteed to get stolen here People also come into your apartment without notice so thats cool too
Trails and out door space are so lovely Maintenance is always very quick to respond Other tenants are quiet Love it here The online portal makes it very easy to pay rent or request maintenance
I have just moved in So far the service is fantastic Everyone is responsive and friendly The apartments themselves could be in better shape and updated The location and amenities are amazing
