I moved in Promenade Apartments in 2019 and have been extremely pleased It has gotten even better over the last year even with COVID19 in place The staff has worked with me and maintenance not only solves the problems but they dont seem to be bothereI moved in Promenade Apartments in 2019 and have been extremely pleased It has gotten even better over the last year even with COVID19 in place The staff has worked with me and maintenance not only solves the problems but they dont seem to be bothered with you having a problem They attempt in all cases to solves the problems immediately but when that is impossible they let you know what is going onnnA couple of months ago my alarm was going off I was informed as I was in the last half hour of teaching my class I rushed home and the police hadnt gotten there The maintenance men were over at their storage room They walked over to me and said that they thought that was my alarm They stood there as I went in to make sure I was okay It was a false alarm UPS had hit the door hard when delivering a package The maintenance staff didnt have to do that They could have ignored it I am so pleased with my stay at Promenade at Grandmore ...hide ...

I have a section 8 voucher where I live now which is portable I would like a 1 bedroom apartment prefer on ground floor but would except what is available and will move as soon as available
My daughter 2 yr old grandson have til the 31st to find a place to live I039m on disability and have an extremely difficult time walking a good deal of the time I absolutely cannot do stairs due to my heart I039m on fixed income and my daughter works parttime We would love a 3 bdr if it039s possible but a 2 bdr will work since I039m sure that would be more affordable
