I lived here for 4 yrs with my teenager and young child Was it a great place to live no but it wasnt terrible Maybe because I lived on the third floor and minded my own business Maintenance issues were never a problem with me they seemed attentive wh I lived here for 4 yrs with my teenager and young child Was it a great place to live no but it wasnt terrible Maybe because I lived on the third floor and minded my own business Maintenance issues were never a problem with me they seemed attentive when I lived there My youngest had some issues with some slightly older kids but he also made some great friends while there and made a few good mom friends there as well But there were also some teenagers that caused alot of problems which I know at least one led to the family being evicted Its a low income apartment complex I didnt expect luxury I didnt expect to have the best neighbors You get what you pay for but its better then living in the ghetto in my opinion more ... hide ...

If I could give this place zero stars right now I would This complex doesnt have any signs posted in their parking lot stating that people cant back their cars in Our daughter is a new driver and drove our vehicle to her friends apartment last nigh If I could give this place zero stars right now I would This complex doesnt have any signs posted in their parking lot stating that people cant back their cars in Our daughter is a new driver and drove our vehicle to her friends apartment last night at this complex It was the first time she has ever driven our car without one of us Unfortunately because there is nothing posted in the parking lot stating you cant back in to the parking spots and because her friend forgot to tell her she cant back in she backed in to a spot and our car got towed from Surprise to South Phoenix and it is going to cost us 230 to get it back Now I can understand if someone who went to the apartment often or who lived at the apartment complex was doing this consistently and knowing they shouldnt be doing it by all means have their car towed but dont have someones car towed that has never parked there before who may not know the parking rules and who may be a new driver and not even think to ask what the rules are Especially when the parking rules arent posted more ... hide ...
