Terrerribleeeee do not rent heree their is mold and they do not do anything about it here Ive told them for over 6 months and they do not do nothing their leaking on the ac the heaters dont work their are roaches and bed bugs worst place ever
This place has no regard for there renters In this summer heat there are apartments with broken ac and cant fix them because its the weekend and they dont work weekends This is BS specially in this heat

I strongly believe that when you show respect to others, you will not encounter any difficulty. I am old-fashioned and prefer more space. If the rooms were larger and the complex had a garage, I would seriously consider living here. It would be great if the pool was heated and they had a fitness room. The community is gated and they do have covered parking, but I'm not sure if the pool is heated. Solar covers could provide year-round swimming, or solar panels could be utilized to heat the pool. This would also make the entire premises energy-efficient. It would be beneficial for the management to consider these ideas as they would likely never have any vacancies, and the solar installation cost would be recouped in a few years with the money they would make from the utility companies.more ...hide ...
