I strongly believe that when you show respect to others, you will not encounter any difficulty. I am old-fashioned and prefer more space. If the rooms were larger and the complex had a garage, I would seriously consider living here. It would be great if the pool was heated and they had a fitness room. The community is gated and they do have covered parking, but I'm not sure if the pool is heated. Solar covers could provide year-round swimming, or solar panels could be utilized to heat the pool. This would also make the entire premises energy-efficient. It would be beneficial for the management to consider these ideas as they would likely never have any vacancies, and the solar installation cost would be recouped in a few years with the money they would make from the utility companies. more ... hide ... Bad living conditions they dont even care if you have special needs children that are at higher risk for living in certain conditions. Leaking broken and moldy roof and carpets and apart just a small portable AC where we have to sleep under the broken roof and over the Moldy carpet all dangerous conditions for a child with a blood disorder and a port which makes her high risk for infections (sepsis).
