Overall the apartment is peaceful and there have been no issues with that. However the property is very aged and there are things that need to be mended. The water flows in and gets on my bed. The company states that they have phoned someone out to patch it up and sincerely it has not aided the condition at all.Besides, my heater does not work properly. After asking for service, it performs somewhat better yet now my hot water does not work. I was informed that I would have to take speedy showers. When I called some heating companies, they informed me that that should not be the case. I think it is preposterous that I should have to make a choice between warm water and a heater during the winter.I do not know who is in charge but the apartment needs new appliances urgently. The maintenance guy and Grace, the office manager, are always amiable but I do not think they are given enough resources from upper management. I would require a 360 degree change to keep me from moving out of this place once my lease is up.Please fix these things so that I have heat and hot water that I can at least take a 10 minute shower with.more ...hide ...
