This by far has been my worse experience with renting an apartment I applied on 31521 my child and I were unfortunately in a bind as my lease ended with previous complex we had to stay in a hotel while awaiting approval for San Giovanni apts I was This by far has been my worse experience with renting an apartment I applied on 31521 my child and I were unfortunately in a bind as my lease ended with previous complex we had to stay in a hotel while awaiting approval for San Giovanni apts I was told it takes 2448hrs for approval everyday Ive been requested to bring in something additional for compliance even had to have a Ex husband go down there to fill out a affidavit Id provide requested info the day of request Every time new information is requested it pushes your wait back to 2448 hrs As of this morning Im still awaiting a approval I dont have bad rental history gainfully employed and no criminal records Ive passed the credit approval its now 330 Im still being told they should have a response on approval by tomorrow At this point Ive had to send my child to her fathers and Im sleeping in my car since it will cost approximately 2000 to move in I can no longer afford the daily cost of hotel rooms The front office is absolutely no help they say they arent able to expedite this process its been 15 days my move in date was said to be 32221 I was told when I asked for my deposit back it would take 1418 business days for a refund Im a single mom with no family and friends in this state Im stuck sleeping in my car awaiting approval My only option at this point is to go to a news station and let the public know about this It should never take 15 days to know if your approved for an apartment or not I dont think this complex deserves even 1 star as they are fully aware of my situation and are no help Im still awaiting approval Ive looked unfortunately there are no other complexes with a available apartment in this area Update Today I was advised that it is past the 3 days notice in order for a refund they need to receive a denial from compliance which then it will take an additional 714 business days for a refund My application wont be denied which means they wont refund my deposit and I dont have an apartment I will be seeking legal help and assistance I dont advise anyone to rent or apply from this complex My leasing rep was Gracie Beltran she was new being trained by Ericka Cortez I requested management several times but each time was sent to Ericka who is not the manager BeWare of this complexmore ...hide ...

I have lived here for more than 3 years. I Loved these apartments. When things are broken, the Maintenance crew are awesome guys, always friendly and fix thing timely.
