My son has lived here almost a year The front desk maintenance people are very considerate polite respectful His apt is nice wood laminate floors carpet only in bedroom Oh yes Washer dryer Cant beat that A little bit farther drive but its ok
This is my home for the time being and so far Im happy with everything from the office staff to maintenence to location hope to stay here for a long while

They€™re never in the office, and if they are they just choose not to answer calls. Rent continuously goes up on their app and charges random amounts. For a €œlow income€ place, they charge as much, if not more, than you€™d pay for a 3-4 bedroom HOUSE. We€™ve found scorpions and random bugs since moving in. The water SMELLS and is foggy, they try to blame it on the city but I have never lived anywhere that had the hot water come out nearly white. They ask you multiple times to write a review right after meeting them but once you start to live their after time you find so many problems that they never address.more ...hide ...
