When we were touring the property, a resident warned us to "flee as quickly as possible". This is a suggestion that anyone reading this should take. For months, they will tell you that you are accepted and that they have a unit for you. After that, you place a holding deposit and start to prepare for your move. When you have your belongings ready to go, they will call you on the move-in date to say that you are no longer approved. However, they will provide you with a similar apartment in a "sister complex" for $1300 a month - which feels like a scam. As a result, you are left scrambling to find a new place and trying to retrieve your deposit. This is incredibly questionable and we are looking into legal action to see if they could be held liable for our deposit, storage locker fee, truck rental, labor cost for the move, and hotel expenses incurred while searching for a new place. Do not give these criminals your money. Give me back my deposit before this goes any further, you lowlifes!more ...hide ...
