Virginia in the office is always friendly and helpful. Some of the parents don't monitor their children, so they can be loud, but I've encountered this in all the apartments I've lived in. The building is newer, so I have no complaints. It's in downtown Mesa, which isn't ideal, but I was aware of this since my kids' private school is located nearby. All in all, it's a good apartment. Update 1/29/19: The office staff is friendly and professional. They opened a park across the street, and we enjoyed it, but there was a lot more homeless people around than we expected. People selling snacks at the park came into the complex, and the trash was accumulating. Maintenance did a better job picking it up, but two weeks before I moved out, my car battery was stolen. The towing company that R&M uses damaged my 2010 Versa - the frame was mangled, the tires had marks, and a wheel was bent. If they had a proper gate at the complex, it would help a lot. more ... hide ...
