I am welcomed warmly and appreciate the diverse cultures. Coming from an Italian and Norwegian background, I cherish all the younger generations who come from blended ethnicities. I strongly believe that when you show respect to others, you will not encounter any difficulty. I am old-fashioned and prefer more space. If the rooms were larger and the complex had a garage, I would seriously consider living here. It would be great if the pool was heated and they had a fitness room. The community is gated and they do have covered parking, but I'm not sure if the pool is heated. Solar covers could provide year-round swimming, or solar panels could be utilized to heat the pool. This would also make the entire premises energy-efficient. It would be beneficial for the management to consider these ideas as they would likely never have any vacancies, and the solar installation cost would be recouped in a few years with the money they would make from the utility companies.more ...hide ...

They take way too long to fix necessary things and things that arent emergencies they just never fix at all. You have to keep calling and calling until they get tired of you and only then they send someone. Its exhausting living here. Bad living conditions they dont even care if you have special needs children that are at higher risk for living in certain conditions. Leaking broken and moldy roof and carpets and apart just a small portable AC where we have to sleep under the broken roof and over the Moldy carpet all dangerous conditions for a child with a blood disorder and a port which makes her high risk for infections (sepsis). Unacceptable. I dont recommend anybody to consider these. Apartments. You will never feel at peace but only add to your daily stress. There is no safe haven here.more ...hide ...
