After I had neighbors, I started getting roaches and called maintenance, but there was no reply. The office appears to never be open, and they don't answer. There are fights in the parking lot, but management doesn't patrol the premises, or else they would take notice. Parking is a nightmare; I have to compete with visitors for resident spaces. Cars have been vandalized, and kids are running about with no parental supervision. Fire extinguishers have been taken out and trashed. The stairwell is never cleaned, and maintenance only washes the front of the complex, not the other areas in need of cleaning due to the kids out of control. I can't wait to move out; this place is worse than the projects. But the office will leave a notice for a chair on the balcony but won't attend to the other issues. Even a kid who is banned from the property is still living here and out all night. It's terrible when I work and can't get sleep because of the loud music all night, and there's no number to call to address these kinds of problems. If management would walk around by the laundry in the 4646 building, they would see it for themselves, but they are never in the area, so it's not their problem since they don't live on the property. The police are always here, too; it sucks living here.more ...hide ...
