I resided in this apartment from March 15, 2018 to January 3, 2019. The place itself was alright, but the presence of roaches and bedbugs was a nightmare. The place itself was alright, but the presence of roaches and bedbugs was a nightmare. Once me and my friend signed our lease, Brandon (the manager at the time) informed us that the previous tenant had severe bug issues. I asked him if he meant roaches and he confirmed. When I moved in, my room was okay, but the rest of the house had a small number of roaches. Unfortunately, their numbers kept increasing and we were forced to empty out the kitchen cabinets every two months, which was extremely irritating. Our neighbours would accuse us of making noise late at night and moving furniture, even though that was not true. The parking facility left a lot to be desired and there were no alternatives other than parking a block away in the neighbourhood. The only positive about this complex was the renovations to the lighting, complete kitchen and bathroom upgrade, and the rent was quite affordable compared to other places. The new manager was also quite nice and understanding. Even though some of the materials used were of low quality and needed repairs, it was impossible to get anyone to fix them - we waited six months and nothing was done.more ...hide ...
