I have Lived and worked across the street for 6yrs now. The managment does not take care of the property. The curb appeal is horrible, they have no grounds keepers onsite. This is a property that has no security for saftey, but has fresno pd in the complex weekly. We recently filed a police report on there tenates. A group of teens vandlize our property that live there. I am taking the time out of my day to type this because we are fed up with this as a staff and as residents.more ...hide ...
