I have been living here for many many years and have seen a lot of people come and go I have had both bad and good experiences here and lately I have had many good ones Yes there are issues with the homeless people but I do not expect management t I have been living here for many many years and have seen a lot of people come and go I have had both bad and good experiences here and lately I have had many good ones Yes there are issues with the homeless people but I do not expect management to handle every issue The people that are working here are trying their best to do what they can and I appreciate them for it I do not expect to leave any time soon and I hope that the people that are here stay here because I can see the difference that it has made The property looks clean and I am happy to come home and see that more ... hide ...

SLOW REPAIRS and MAINTENANCE are never completed. The office personnel are anything but friendly, and if you choose to move in here, be warned - the air conditioning lets out warm air. People have now been relocating due to the management's lack of a SLOW REPAIRS and MAINTENANCE are never completed. The office personnel are anything but friendly, and if you choose to move in here, be warned - the air conditioning lets out warm air. People have now been relocating due to the management's lack of attentiveness to the property. Upon first impression, the property management appears to be quite courteous and affable. However, as soon as you make a complaint about the upkeep of the building, the staff become exasperated quickly. Although the manager attempts to hurry you out of the office when it comes to making improvements to the rental unit, Lilly is not in charge and is not the property maintenance. She has been assigned the task of repairing rental units and is known to be a big blabbermouth. Last week, the property management was seen having a verbal disagreement with Jaime, a tenant, and I have video evidence of it lasting twenty minutes, displaying how they really handle property issues. The supervisor and Lilly attempted to intimidate Jaime, but she's not the only tenant to have encountered such behavior from management. I have resided here for a year now, and this is one of the worst managed properties. more ... hide ...
