We are thankful to the owners and staff for maintaining the building and recently installing carpets on all the floors. These apartments are quite cozy. We are thankful to the owners and staff for maintaining the building and recently installing carpets on all the floors. These apartments are quite cozy. There are two grocery stores, three barber shops, a dependable hardware store, a nail salon and a local market, as well as several restaurants all within a short distance. For our Veterans, one bus ride will take them right up to the entrance of the VA hospital. I am including a photo of my apartment to show that the units are spotless and pleasant. Unfortunately, there are some who leave negative comments on sites like this one with the intention of being belligerent. In California, it is common to see homeless people within a couple of blocks of any place you go. Nevertheless, the group nearest to our building has been praised by the local businesses. They have invested in rakes, brooms, and trash bags. Most of them still have jobs and every week they all come together to clean the area. People like those who leave insulting comments online would not fare well living with this group of people who respect the environment. Come and meet the management and take a walk around the area, say hello to a few residents and you will see why this is the ideal place to live. more ... hide ...

We are infested with cockroaches bedbugs and the homeless Maintenance crew is greathousekeeping is non existent The crew can only able to accomplish so much with just a handful of workers The halls walkways laundry rooms and carpeting is filthy
