I grow up here15 years best years of my life it was a great place until this new manager came in feels like hes kicking everybody out and just bring it in his people I dont Live there anymore but I still got a family that still live there definitely I grow up here15 years best years of my life it was a great place until this new manager came in feels like hes kicking everybody out and just bring it in his people I dont Live there anymore but I still got a family that still live there definitely not safe almost every night theres a break in in a garage or Someone car was broken in to The maintenance guy they have on site doesnt really fix anything most of the time hes just driving around on your golf cart the manager really friendly guy but she needs to step it up to have this place how it was before more ... hide ...

Lived for 5 years the manager is a dictator and the owner just always finds a away to increase payments for garage rent and gates There are homeless people that live in laundry mats and pooped on my car windshield and popped my dad tires and gangs an Lived for 5 years the manager is a dictator and the owner just always finds a away to increase payments for garage rent and gates There are homeless people that live in laundry mats and pooped on my car windshield and popped my dad tires and gangs and drug dealers and people have no respect with loud music and barking dogs 247 kids are loud and make trouble The gates are broken and they always fix them and break because you have to pay for a key and often gates break so you have to keep buying a new key so that is how they make money and rent goes up by 120 every year maintenance are lazy they never come and when they do they do a bad job just like when our toilet started leaking they tried to fix it so when a company came and installed a new toilet the water burst out and the floor in the whole apartment was soaked and they found that the people tried to fix did a bad job Dont bring a nice car because they will damage it just like mine many times Never come here its horrible I rather live in a motel its a hell here and you will realize stereotypes come alive here more ... hide ...

Definitely not safe here City polices usually patrol around this area BUT there are still many drugs seller wandering around apartment at night
