We shifted into the complex in August 10 and one of the three dryers in our laundry unit suddenly stopped working. A message was promptly put on the unit saying the management was aware of the problem and it would be menWe shifted into the complex in August 10 and one of the three dryers in our laundry unit suddenly stopped working. A message was promptly put on the unit saying the management was aware of the problem and it would be mended soon. However, it is February 12 now and the dryer is still out of order, making it tough to do the laundry when there are three washers, two dryers and two full buildings competing to do laundry. The neighbourhood is TERRIBLE! It is very hazardous to go out during the day or night. There are burglaries all over the area. The gates intended to keep people out of the apartments are usually left open or broken so anyone can access your apartments entrance door. Kids come around and thump on your doors making a clamour at all times of day or night. The management is aware of the difficulties and never does anything to address them, they know what goes on in the complex and they decline to fix the issues people gripe about. I am NEVER able to open my blinds or windows in alarm that the children will notice what I have in my apartment and break in. We have mould in our apartment, we had cockroaches when we moved in and our neighbours sell drugs which brings in more undesirable people into the complex. I understand it is a low income place but it is NOT worth it! There are more low income apartment complexes close by for the same monthly rent that are nice, tidy and in much safer neighbourhoodsmore ...hide ...
