The staff at this residential neighborhood are very inconsiderate and antagonistic. They use loud and powerful equipment such as power washers and leaf blowers, even as early as 6:30am, no matter what day of the week it is. There are only seven small trees in the area, so there is no need for this level of activity. Not to mention the aerosols and other particles that get kicked up in the air and settle on the cars parked in front of the building. Many of the neighbors in the two block radius have voiced their complaints to the staff or management, yet they are always ignored.
