There are 300 units here, 3 pools, a playground, two vending machines by the pool directly behind the leasing office, and they have 1,2,&3/2 bedroom units. It has newly updated units but there are still a few that need updates. This is a complete no smoking living environment, smokers have to go off site even to vape. They really should have designated smoking areas so the people who live here, especially Women can smoke inside the gate at night or early in the morning and remain somewhat safe. This was a smoking community prior. They are one of the few apartment complexes that still does low income rentals as far as I know, and they do have an after school program. more ...hide ...
