I love this place the people are friendly the ice cream man comes by every 30min with cold sodas we have the weekend taco guy selling tacos a weekend guy selling bbq its such a treat for us They fix apartment problems quick within 2hrs the only thinI love this place the people are friendly the ice cream man comes by every 30min with cold sodas we have the weekend taco guy selling tacos a weekend guy selling bbq its such a treat for us They fix apartment problems quick within 2hrs the only thing i dont agree with is how quickly the rent went from 1150 to 1515 in 2mo We dont have bugs the grass is cut nicely on 4th of july we had an awesome time ppl had a blast The pool is a little strong on chlorine but what do you except when you have a lot of ppl swimmingwe have a community garden they updated the mail boxes Over all its a nice place sure you have some drug addicts but they dont bother us We sometimes cook give to our neighbors or kids i mean this is a community what you put into it is what you get out of it And one more very cool important thing is the church bus sundays at 9am they pick up kids wooohooo They take them to Regional Baptist Church bring them back at 1ishmore ...hide ...

Very large and well kept community The maintenance staff are great and quick to respond to any problems The application process was quick These apartments go fast so you need to have all your documents ready to go when coming in My apartment was cleaVery large and well kept community The maintenance staff are great and quick to respond to any problems The application process was quick These apartments go fast so you need to have all your documents ready to go when coming in My apartment was clean fresh paint and carpeting when I moved in There are many small parks throughout that my kids enjoy This is a large community with many types of people and for that reason I always carry pepper spray and keep my car doorswindows locked at night My neighbors are friendly and everyone in my area seems to mind their own They are pet friendly and you will pay pet rent along with pet deposit I have a washer and dryer in my unit and it works great I cant wait for the pools and gym to open up again they have been closed since last year I pay my rent online every month It is easy and I rarely ever need to go into the office They are very responsive by phone Thank you for giving my family and I a great place to livemore ...hide ...
