I lived there for many years and never had any problems The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean It is built on the old ag fields so there is the occasional ant issue during the rainy season but then so are the houses nearby At lea I lived there for many years and never had any problems The staff is very friendly and the grounds are always clean It is built on the old ag fields so there is the occasional ant issue during the rainy season but then so are the houses nearby At least at Plaza there is pest control once a week Ants are cool but not in my living space That pest control guy is a hero in my book Also the complex is gated with friendly neighbors and is convenient in so many ways The pool and amenities are great and the kids love the park Half the shopping in town is less than a five minute walk away but with all the trees plants an flowers throughout the place youd never know it Plaza Club is a great place to live more ... hide ...

It is heartbreaking to be living here, as the external part of the premises is enchanting, yet the management of our apartment is not up to par. Ants have infested our place and when this is brought to the attention of the management, they merely send a person to spray the apartment, which is inadequate because the pests are inside the walls. This is a clear case of being thrifty. I think I am more effective when I buy a can of Raid than having to wait a week for the fumigation guy. We are also required to pay for valet trash service, even though we haven't had it for a few months. Management even sent us a letter indicating that the same day the message was issued, our trash would no longer be taken away and still expect us to pay for it! This is outrageous. It appears that the quality of management has been declining for some months and I would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment here, as I am seeing the deterioration of management with my own eyes. Be careful when hunting for apartments, as I suggest you look beyond the pretty paint job and costly rent, and focus more on how they treat you. more ... hide ...
