I called the main office to inquire about the situation and the lady in the office told me that she was unaware of what was going on and couldn't move it. She suggested I park elsewhere and promised the security wouldn't tow any cars that night. I managed to find a parking space meant for tenants with registered cars (which I have) and, since I usually park in my carport, I didn't have a permit sticker on my car. The following morning, when I woke up, I discovered my car had been towed for being parked in a reserved spot without a permit sticker, despite the office's assurance that they wouldn't tow any cars. I had to pay $260 to retrieve my car and the dumpster is still in my carport after three days. I contacted BFI garbage company to see if they had anything to do with it, but they didn't. I have never lived in a place where the management was so rude and unprofessional.more ...hide ...
