I was very dissatisfied with how bad the manager was so inexperienced in the application process They were not professional at all They made me come to their office several times So rude and even kept my 20000 holding deposit when I didnt show up to I was very dissatisfied with how bad the manager was so inexperienced in the application process They were not professional at all They made me come to their office several times So rude and even kept my 20000 holding deposit when I didnt show up to complete my application I had a death in my family and was under alot of stress I wouldnt recommend anyone to move there I noticed they were very rude to all the tenants as I was in their office They spoke so rude and treated their residents with bad remarks The residents were only complaining in regards to damages regarding leaks and more problems Im glad I didnt move there I know this place wasnt meant for me I have never had managers keep a holding deposit ever I advise everyone not to apply there It was not run in an appropriate matter Stay away from Palm gardensmore ...hide ...
