Horrible service I was scheduled and told that I would be able to move in on a Friday I double check to make sure with Luis thats I can move in on a FridayWhen I show up for my appointment and they said that I need to be approved and wont be able to Horrible service I was scheduled and told that I would be able to move in on a Friday I double check to make sure with Luis thats I can move in on a FridayWhen I show up for my appointment and they said that I need to be approved and wont be able to move in It made no sense because I showed up to there office on Wednesday so I can double check with Luis that I can move in on the 10th I had to turn around with all my items in a moving truck and pay for the moving truck plus miles and for the movers and I still have figure out what I am supposed to do for the entire weekend because of them now Im homeless until they call me back on a MONDAY all they can do for use is telling us they understand and gaved us a temporary parking pass so that We can live in in there parking lot until Monday because of Luis giving us false hope more ... hide ...
