2021-11-17T07:22:51ZHad a really bad experience with the team at 101 San Fernando They are very polite to you until the time you rent from them Once the money is paid their attitude changes They only want to make money and be sure of the fact that even if you die they w Had a really bad experience with the team at 101 San Fernando They are very polite to you until the time you rent from them Once the money is paid their attitude changes They only want to make money and be sure of the fact that even if you die they will send a bill to your grave and ask you to paynI had an unfortunate incident in my family right after I started my lease I hadnt even moved into the apartment I informed the management and requested them to cancel my lease as soon as possible On their website they display a 30 day satisfaction period This is a fake advertisement You cannot just end your lease within this 30 period They will ask you to pay the rent for the next monthnnSo even without staying a single day in the apartment I had to pay almost 2 months rent and on top of that they charged me 200 dollars for cleaning the apartment after termination So I lost 4600 for an apartment in which I never stayed more ... hide ...
